Started in 2016 the awards celebrate achievements in automotive journalism and PR. Next year they take place on the 28th March 2019 and will be judged by a panel of eight experts who are each highly renowned and respected in their fields.
In 2018 there were 25 categories recognising everything from the best Automotive Video to the Rising Star in Automotive Journalism, with a record number of entries across the board.
Our own James Ruppert was highly commended in the Classic Car Journalist category which features in his magazine Free Car Mag - which was also a runner-up in the Automotive Consumer Publication category.
MotorEasy are delighted to be the main sponsor of the awards for the second year running, giving us the platform to tell even more people about our 'All Done For Me' motoring services.
"As the UK’s fastest growing motoring association it’s a privilege to continue our support for such an important event."
Duncan McClure Fisher, MotorEasy founder, said: “We're delighted to once again support the Newspress Awards, organised by a company that has been connecting the best of journalism with the car industry for over forty years. The 2018 awards event allowed us to explain our new motoring concept to many important industry influencers and we believe that this has contributed to our astonishing success. As the UK’s fastest growing motoring association it’s a privilege to continue our support for such an important event.”
"We’re thrilled that MotorEasy will be joining us, as next year’s Newspress Awards headline sponsor"
Tim Barfoot, Managing Director of Newspress, commented: “We’re thrilled that MotorEasy will be joining us, as next year’s Newspress Awards headline sponsor, as we single out and celebrate the industry’s stars on March 28th. In just four years these independent awards have established themselves as the motoring sector’s media and PR awards, recognising the best of the best in what is an incredibly dynamic and diverse industry.”
